How did I spend my holiday?
In the every holiday,I used to be very lazy.I always slept late .Buy now I have changed.I'll never be like that again.At begining of this holiday,my mother asked me to run with herat past six every morning.I agreed .But the next morning when mymother dragged me out of my bed,ifelt so sleepy.I would not open my eyes."No ,Mum,I want to sleep more.You'd better go alone.""Get up!You have promised me you will run with me every morningduring this holiday.And also the morning exercise is good for you."Thenshe pulled me out of the house.How fresh the air was!I breathed deeply and didn't feel sleepy any more.We began to run around the greenland.We ran for twenty minutes and thenwalked on the gress. I like the light green grass and clean blue sky.Everythinglooked fresh and beautiful.Except the morning exercise,I would spend most of time on reading books.Books always bring me to another world.While reading,I can forget everything.What a good time! Beside my desk,under the lamp light,I have a cup of waterand enjoy the wonderful feeling quitely reading time.Sometimes I choose some good TV programme to watch.Sometimes I couldhelp my mother do some house work,because she is always too busy.The holiday let me enjoy the time to do something that i cannot do during my school time.So thatI had made my plans for the holiday long before they arrived.As planned ,I spendthe first three days read some Extracurricular books .A lot of knowledge and thestrange things come frome the books .And choose some good TV programme towatch during the night.The other seven days,I revising my lessons.And so by thetime school opened,I was ready for another term of school work.

Reading Newspapers

Newspapers are an encyclopedia of current events. Through the help of newspapers, we come to understand the world without having to travel to the places where important events have taken place. But a newspaper more than carries simple news items, it also provides, in different sections, instructions on such things as first aid, cooking, playing the chess and taking pictures. Reading newspapers can also widen our scope of knowledge. Everybody should read newspapers.

I like stay alone. Writing letters, reading newspapers, listening to music become my best love. Even thought there is no more time for me to read the newspaper. But I still enjoy reading my newspaper. Besides domestic and international news on economy, politics, and cultural activities, there are also amusing cartoons, interesting stories and a wonderful literary section. Reading my newspaper during my free time would make me fell good for the whole day.

Reading newspaper every day has become a habit to me. As a student, I have no time to watch TV news. Accordingly, reading newspapers becomes the only way for me to learn about things which have happened around the world. The newspapers, however, do not only carry the latest world news, they also give us a great deal of useful knowledge. Reading newspapers is, in my opinion, a must for a modern man.

I make it a rule to read the newspaper every day. As a student, I have no time to watch news programs on TV. Besides, watching television takes up a lot of time. Consequently, reading the newspaper becomes the only way for me to learn about what's happening around the world. Read English newspaper can improve my English language. So that I prefer read English newspaper. Sometimes newspaper is easy to understand and also very useful.

There is an old Chinese saying: "A scholar need not leave his home to know what's going on in the world." While newspapers do not carry the latest, up-to-the minute world news, they give us a great deal of useful knowledge. Thus, reading the newspaper is, in my opinion, a must for those who wish to keep up with the times.

Bullying
Actually,I am not sure what bullying mean by.In my life,I do not have any experiment about bullying.I check the dictionary and found the meaning of the word.A peason who use their strength or power to frighten or hurt weaker people.
In many school,bullying is a serious problem.It cause some weaker people do not like come to school and also the person who are around them.It is the bad influence in their life.

HOW to deal with the problem.If you suspect that chronic harmful teasing and bullying are happening, take direct, decisive action. Don’t assume that schoolyard harrassment is normal behavior. It’s only normal if we choose to accept it. Talk to school administrators, teachers.
Not all can be strong,and sometimes thats a good thing.Don't kill yourself from bullying.It does not solve a thing.I know how hard it is,not feeling wanted,or anything.its hard,but things do get better in time.Just take it little by little and soon enough you will be someone else.Don't be like them,don't put yourself to their level.Everyone has a chance at life,but you only got so many chances,before you have a life time of hell.but BULLYING is the most awfulest thing for a teen or kid to go through at school.Please remember always Stay Strong.Don't fight,just be strong and believe what is still exist in your heart.Don't make other kids control your life.Life is a really specail gift.Don't abuse it!Life always goes on,it takes all of our time.but it always does.The sweet suicide of people,they cannot help it.sometimes its the only way out.Maybe it was there time to go,but there safe now.I think we Always love your friends,family etc.Bcause one day,you might not see there face anymore and that will make your life a living hell for a long long time.Everyone goes through stuff,and its just apart of life!"No matter what has happened or what will happen,you will never lose your vaule.Dirty or clean,crumpled or finely creased,you are still priceless,especially to those who love you."It is improtant for all of us.
Bullying is the bad way to solve the any problem.Someone who like bullying others,think over how the person feel .Maybe you are not consciously to bully the person.Take care of anybody who are also exict in this world.Do not make trouble to anyone who are around you.Maybe he or she will be the person of eminence or friends in your future.

outside the window

The air outside was cold.
The sky was cloudy.
The river looked dark and deep.
The whole scene was lifeless and empty.

A Glass of Milk
One day, a poor boy who was trying to pay his way through school by selling goods door to door found that he only had one dime left. He was hungry so he decided to beg for a meal at the next house.
　　However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so she brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, “How much do I owe you?”
　　“You don’t owe me anything,” she replied. “Mother has taught me never to accept pay for a kindness.” He said, “Then I thank you from the bottom of my heart.” As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but it also increased his faith in God and the human race. He was about to give up and quit before this point.
　　Years later the young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where specialists can be called in to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly, now famous was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately, he rose and went down through the hospital hall into her room.
　　Dressed in his doctor’s gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room and determined to do his best to save her life. From that day on, he gave special attention to her case.
　　After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it and then wrote something on the side. The bill was sent to her room. She was afraid to open it because she was positive that it would take the rest of her life to pay it off. Finally she looked, and the note on the side of the bill caught her attention. She read these words...
　　“Paid in full with a glass of milk.”

　　Tears of joy flooded her eyes as she prayed silently: “Thank You, God. Your love has spread through human hearts and hands.”
